We have also won many awards for the holstering system.

2) What can I carry with a Tool Holster?

The Tool Holster elastic grip can support any handheld tool or device with a handle or grip with a circumference of less than 6.5 inches. It can support weights of up to 8 lbs.

You can use the Tool holster with power tools like cordless drills, reciprocating saws, nail guns, impact drivers, flashlights, hammers, selfie sticks, barcode scanners.

 

3) What type of belt can I use the Tool Holster on?

You can clip the Tool Holster on any regular belt or tool belt that is less than 2 inches thick. 

 

4) What is the difference between a Tool Holster and a tool belt?

The Tool holster tethers your tool safely at your hips and has a locking mechanism to prevent the tool from falling off by accident. Many workplaces and sites have safety rules and regulations against untethered tools and we have the perfect solution that offers not just security but also quick draw convenience.

You can pick and choose what combination of tools you want to use with our Tool Holster systems instead of carrying around a Tool belt with excess weights for the job.  

 

5) Is it possible to purchase products that are out of stock?

Most products on the site cannot be ordered unless they are in stock. However there are some items which we don't always keep in stock. These items will be ordered in if you place an order for one. For these items, the delivery time displayed when you are checking out will increase to 5-7 days.

 

6) Where do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout the Asia, with the exception of some countries. All charges can be viewed when you go to the shopping cart.  

 

7) How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery charges are dynamically calculated depending on the delivery postcode and the weight and dimensions of the products you place in your basket. We use a combination of different couriers in order to provide you with a variety of fast and affordable service. 

When you go to the shopping cart after choosing your items, you will be able to view the delivery options and charges for shipping to your location.

The option you choose can also be changed at the checkout stage should you wish to change your mind later in the order process.

 

8) How can I track my order?

When the goods are despatched, you will receive a despatch confirmation email. The tracking number for your order is detailed out in the email along with the tracking link. Click the link and enter the tracking number into the courier’s website to obtain the tracking information.

 

9) When can I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, but within 1-3 days. Delivery timeframes will then depend on your location and your selection of regular or expedited shipping.

Generally, regular/economy international shipping will take between 2-4 weeks and expedited international shipping will take 4-6 days.

10) Is there a warranty?

All Tool holster products come with a 1 year full warranty with options to extend. Please make sure you register your warranty and hang onto your receipt.

Customs Duty is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders.
